    Spice World Hotpot Restaurant specializes in traditional Chinese hot pot cuisine featuring tabletop cooking served in metal pot. With respect to the traditional Chinese culture and the pursuit of perfection, Spice World is aiming to build a bridge between Chinese Food and the Western World.

     

    Position Summary: The Restaurant Manager is responsible for managing all day-to-day functions of the restaurant. He/she always looks to improve to achieve the highest standards in the customer experience, employee experience, and financial goals. The Manager should be passionate about the food service industry and seeks to motivate a team to extend the same passion to our guests. Job responsibilities include hiring, managing, supervising and training front and back of house team members, overseeing the quality of our food and service offerings, scheduling, and profit planning.

    Job Duties

    • Oversee, plan, direct, and evaluate the restaurant’s daily operation
    • Monitors and ensures the highest service standards possible throughout the organization
    • Implementing appropriate operating procedures
    • Oversees and directs all staff activities, recruitment and training
    • Scheduling and manage productivity
    • Manages the restaurant to ensure a good balance of the key goals of speed, quality, service, price, and profit
    • Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
    • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies

    Job Requirements

    • At lease a high school diploma is required
    • 2-3 years of previous supervisory experience in the food service sector are required
