    Description :

    Wage: $15.00/hr - $24.00hr (depending on experience)

    Working hours: 30~40 hours per week

    Employment duration: Permanent full time

    Work shift: Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift, overtime, early morning, morning, to be determined.

    Start date: as soon as possible

    Benefits: 4% of vacation pay, Free meals at work and Gratuities

    Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

    Specific Skills

    a.      Prepare special house sauces and bubble tea specialty pearls and other toppings

    b.      Prepare and cook Taiwanese food in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff

    c.       Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods

    d.      Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef

    e.       Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers

    f.        Oversee kitchen operations

    g.      Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment

    h.      set up and oversee buffets

    i.         clean kitchen and work area

    j.        May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies

    k.       May hire and train kitchen staff.
