    Job Description:

    Bees Sentinel Services Ltd. DBA BSL Security Services is a 15 year old security company which has grown into one of the largest security companies in BC. Currently, they are looking one human resources manager to join them as soon as possible.

     Job Duties: The Candidate must perform the following duties: -

    • Maintain work structure by updating job requirements and descriptions for all positions
    • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of human resource department.
    • Maintain organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing and interviewing process
    • Organize and coordinate employee information meetings on employment policy, benefits and compensation; language training; health and safety programs
    • Advice and counsel on candidate selection, conducting and analyzing interviews and recommending changes.
    • Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resources policies and procedures.

    Job requirements:

    • A bachelor's degree in a field related to personnel management, such as business administration, industrial relations, commerce or psychology is required.



    • Completion of a professional development program in personnel administration is required.


    • 2- 3 years of experience as a personnel officer or human resource specialist are required.
