    Title: Sales & Promotions Coordinator


    Duties and tasks:

    1. Research, develop and implement sales /promotional strategies.
    2. Assist in the preparation of promotional materials.
    3. Prepare accounts’ reports and analysis as needed.
    4. Answer inquiries and give sales/promotional suggestions.
    5. Monitor the sales team’s progress and support them to meet targets.
    6. Coordinate sales team; including discussing queries and different selling techniques, identifying shortcomings and proposing improvements.
    7. Engage in industrial events to promote company’s brand and maintain client relationships.


    To be qualified for the position:

    1. College diploma or equivalent experience is required.
    2. Minimum 3 years of sales experience in wholesale/trading industry or 5 years of sales experience in other industries is required.
    3. Must be able to communicate in English.
    4. Supervisory experience of working with a team up to four people.
    5. Familiar with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and MS PowerPoint.


    Additional skills: Ability to pay attention to detail; Ability to work under pressure with the fast-paced environment; Excellent oral communication skills and organizational skills; Client focus and initiative; Ability to make the professional judgment; Ability to work as a team player and has effective interpersonal skills.


    Compensation: $27.5/hour

    Working hours: 40 hours/week (9:00am to 6:00pm)
