Term of employment: Full-time, permanent position, 30-40 hours per week.
Compensation: $24/hour. Overtime at the rate of $36 after 40 hours per week.
WCB Coverage with 4% vacation pay
- Maintain office policies and prioritize office tasks to fulfill all administrative procedures,
- Organize and Schedule appointments and meetings,
- Prepare correspondence, invoices, brochures, flyers, presentations and reports,
- Reply to emails, telephone calls, messages and communication with customers,
- Greet customers/suppliers/visitors to the organization in a professional and friendly manner,
- Handle customer enquires in prompt and friendly manner,
- Receive and distribute all mails and other materials to respective person or departments,
- Develop and maintain a filing system,
- Keep track of office inventory and order when needed,
- Perform other administrative duties as required.
- Completion of secondary school
- Completion of college program for administrative assistant or secretary or one year of clerical experience
- Language: English
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge
- Detail oriented and well organised
- Excellent communication skills
