    Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience

    Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time 30 to 40 hours / week

    Start date: As soon as possible

    Job Duties: Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, able to work under pressure, able to meet tight deadlines, completing repetitive tasks, must be very detail oriented. Must have the ability to multitask, have excellent oral communication, as well as excellent written communication, must be flexible, reliable, organized as well as being a team player. Must be able to supervise other workers, as well as train other workers. Must be well versed in the following applications; MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Windows. Determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments, answer the telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, answer electronic enquiries (emails), compile data, statistics and other information. When necessary order office supplies and maintain inventory. Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents. Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations, Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information, set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
