    Job Description:


    • Confer with clients to identify and document requirements
    • Design, develop and implement information systems business solutions
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle
    • Conduct business and technical studies, recommend solutions and best practices required to implement and support the business.
    • Create deliverables including the preparation of requirements documentation for business processes, functional requirements, documentation of reports, interfaces, and enhancements
    • Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management and service delivery
    • Configure the Microsoft Azure Cloud systems according to new or changing business requirements
    • Providing second and third level end user support and guidance;
    • Participate in building and reviewing test strategy, test plans and test cases to ensure requirements are met; supporting QA and testing team; review defects and work with client to determine the priority of fix and/or manual work around.
    • Assist development team members in design and testing of interfaces, enhancements, reports and data conversions
    • Provide in-depth Microsoft Azure cloud services knowledge to help support business and project objectives
    • Communicate, collaborate and coordinate with management, business groups and project teams to facilitate and/or deliver functional requirements, testing and training to support the implementation of new or improved business and system processes.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business users and internal team members
    • Provide hands on administration and management of enterprise systems in an infrastructure as a service (IaaS) platform such as Azure and AWS as well as cloud/SaaS applications
    • Motivate, communicate, and leverage skills and competencies of individuals within both the internal team and the business unit(s) supported
    • Assist the Project Manager with effort and schedule planning.



    • Education: A bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer systems engineering, software engineering, business administration or a related discipline or completion of a college program in computer science is usually required.

    • Experience as a computer programmer is required

    • Experience: with 6+ years’ experience in information and technology business analysis, systems integration

    • Experience: with at least 3+ combined years of Cloud Computing Technology/ Microsoft Azure support experience

    • Previous Experience in a Microsoft tech stack environment (i.e. .NET, Windows, Visual Studio, SQL Server) is an asset

    • Experience with at least one full-cycle implementation for Azure

    • Experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Pivotal Cloud Foundry, or Salesforce

    • Experience in integration between Azure Active Directory and AWS

    • Experience with multiple operating systems, including UNIX, Linux, and Windows 2008 and 2012

    • Microsoft Azure Architecture certification is highly desirable

    • Ability to write functional and technical designs and run Project Discovery workshops

    • Project Management Certifications like PMP or Prince2 is an asset

    • Strong technical management and support skills, specifically able to work with end users to identify and resolve business issues;

    • Strong analytical and customer service skills;

    • Excellent communication (written and oral) (English, French is a plus)

    • Ability to use Agile collaboration tools (e.g. Mural, Slack, RTC, Trello)

    • Technical Lead with proven cloud architecture experience (must be able to drive things and good knowledge of the product and has worked in big consulting environment would be a plus

    Salary: $38.94 to $40.00 hourly, 40 hours per week.
