    Hoe! Hoe! Hoe! Gardening Services Ltd. is seeking a Landscaping Labourer (NOC 8612) for their Vancouver location. We now offer a full-time, all-year around position to start immediately. Terms are Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. Pay is $17 per hour, paid semi- weekly. Employees accumulate vacation time on the basis of two weeks paid vacation each year. Clothing, weather and safety equipment are provided. Overtime compensation is paid at a rate of 1.5 times the regular hourly wage. Hoe! Offers a comprehensive medical plan, training courses and observance of municipal, provincial and national stat holidays.

    Specific Skills: Assist with landscape constructions, Weed, prune and trim trees and plants, Cut grass, Rake and collect refuse, Remove litter and garbage, Cart and spread topsoil and other materials, Lay sod or seed, Plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs and trees, Apply fertilizers, Dig cemetery graves, Water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens, Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment

    Work Setting: Landscape contractor, Landscape maintenance, Private residence


    Languages: English

    Education: No degree, certificate or diploma

    Experience: No experience required

    Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots

    Security and Safety: Driver's validity licence check

    Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver's licence

    Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Handling heavy loads, Physically demanding, Manual dexterity, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Bending, crouching, kneeling

    Work Location Information: West side Vancouver Area

    Work Site Environment: Outdoors, Wet/damp, Dusty, Hot
