Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and organize paperwork and other materials as needed for meetings, new hires and expense reports.
- Maintain office scheduling and event calendars
- Compose, type, distribute daily reports and routine correspondences.
- Collect and coordinate the flow of internal and external information
- Manage office equipment and office space
- Establish the administrative work procedures for tracking staff’s daily tasks
- Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
- Create, maintain, and enter information into databases.
- Set up and manage paper or electronic filing systems, recorded information, updated paperwork, or maintain documents, such as attendance records, correspondence, or other material.
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time position
Position Available: 1
Start Date of Employment (Approx.): As soon as possible
Wage: $ 24.00 hourly
- Completion of secondary school is usually required.
- Completion of a one- or two-year college or other program for administrative assistants or secretaries or previous clerical experience is required.
- Bachelor’s Degree is an asset.
