    Flames Drywall Ltd. is working in both residential and commercial construction projects. We are looking to hire two permanent full time plasterers for various locations in mainland as soon as possible.

    Job Duties include

    • Apply, level and smooth coats of plaster.
    • Clean and prepare surfaces
    • Spray acoustic or texture materials over walls and ceilings.
    • Mix plaster ingredients to desired consistency.
    • Cure freshly plastered surfaces.
    • Finish corners and angles and create decorative designs in finish coat, if required
    • Work at heights, on scaffolding or swing stages.
    • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications.
    • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework and other working platforms

    Employment Requirements:

    • The positions require an experience of 1 to 2 years in drywall, taping and plastering.
    • Minimum high school education and good communication skills in English language are required
    • Ideal candidates should be dependable, have sound judgement, be client focused, flexible, team player and reliable.
    • The incumbents should be capable of handling heavy loads, have good hand-eye co-ordination, be able to perform repetitive tasks, meet tight deadlines, carry out large workload, work under pressure and be available for overtime when required.
    • The position is physically demanding and requires walking, bending, crouching, kneeling, manual dexterity and standing for extended periods. The candidates may be required to work at heights, in noisy, dusty, hot and outdoor spaces.

    Terms of Employment:

    The candidates are expected to be available for work for early morning, morning, daytime and weekend shifts. These are full time (30 hours per week) and permanent positions with a salary of $25.00/Hour.
