Hiring full-time permanent Korean & Japanese Specialty Cook

$14/hour (35 hours per week)
Completion of high school
Over 1 year of work experience in Korean and/or Japanese cuisine
General duties as:
-Prepare ingredients and sauce for Korean and Japanese specialty meals such as vegetable, meats, poultry, seafood, fish, etc.
- Cook complete Korean specialty meals and individual dishes such as Korean and Japanese specialty rice, noodle and meats dishes (Bibimbap, Bulgogi, Kalbi Rib Steak, Yaki Udon, Soup Udon, Katsu and Teriyaki)
-Check the ingredient’s consumption to maintain inventory daily
-Order the ingredient and supplies and records of food by weekly
-Schedule and train kitchen helpers
-Clean kitchen and work area
-May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs
