    Job Description:

    Over the last 25 years Hyatt & Sons Manufacturing has been manufacturing, both custom designed booths and restaurant booth seating for restaurants. We are approved vendors for several restaurant chains throughout Canada and the USA.

    Hyatt & Sons Manufacturing is seeking two upholsterers to assist our busy company.

    Main Duties Include:

    • Replace worn-out webbing, springs, upholstery and other furniture parts using various tools
    • Install padding and underlays and fasten covering materials to furniture frames
    • Tack, glue, or sew ornamental trim, braids, or buttons on upholstered items
    • May repair furniture frames and refinish wood surfaces
    • Lay out, measure, and cut upholstery fabrics preferred, but not required
    • Ability to sew preferred, but not required

    Employment Requirements:

    • Completion of secondary school required
    • 2-3 years of experience in the field is required
