    Benefit: 2 weeks paid vacation or 4% of vacation pay

    Job duties and responsibilities

    • Prepare, key in, edit and proofread correspondence, invoices, presentations, publications and marketing materials
    • Handle Administrative requests and queries from multiple partners, clients including other branches
    • Schedule and organize appointments and meetings when instructed
    • Record and report issues that may require follow-up after each meeting
    • Create and revise systems and procedures by analyzing operating procedures, record keeping systems, forms control, and budgetary and personnel requirements
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
    • Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and transfer phone calls to appropriate department and take messages when needed
    • Greeting visitors and direct visitors to the responsible department or person

    Qualifications                                                                                        

    • Completion of Secondary School is required
    • Compeltion of a one or two-year college or other program for administrative assistants or previous clerical experience is required
    • Attention to detail and excellent multitasking and organizational skills
    • Friendly personality; respectful, reliable, honest, motivated
