    Child Caregiver - Private Home (NOC: 4411)


    We are currently looking for capable, loving mature and trustworthy Child Care Provider (NOC: 4411) for our 2+ year daughter.


    Employer: Atwal family


    Location: 13043 68 Avenue Surrey, BC V3W 2E5


    Term of Employment: Full time, Permanent


    Start Date of Employment (Approx.): As soon as possible


    Number of positions: 1


    Wage: $14.50 per hour for 40 hours/week


    Skills requirements:


    • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • Experience: 6 months work experience as a full-time caregiver or in a health care related occupation or six months of full-time caregiver training is required
    • Language: English
    • CPR / First aid certification would be an asset.


    Main duties:


    • Supervise and care of our daughter in our residence
    • Organize and participate in activities such as games, crafts, outings to provide enjoyment and exercise
    • Plan, prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks
    • Instruct kid in personal hygiene and social development.
    • Take children to appointments
    • Follow through with disciplining our child according to our methods
    • Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home.
    • Keep record of daily activities and health information regarding child.
    • Tend to emotional well-being of children



    Work Setting: Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis. This is NOT a condition of employment.


    Additional Skills: Assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents, perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, Travel with family on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties
