    Business information: Ingram Consulting was founded in 2001 and provides engineering and project management, property development and property management services. We need a Contract clerk- Law/ Contract Administrator for our administrative department.

    Job Description:

    • Research records and other legal documents.
    • Draft legal correspondence and perform general office and clerical duties.
    • Draft contract documents and review contracts
    • Prepare drafts for construction contracts, real estate purchases and sales documents. and negotiation of real estate transaction.
    • Prepare leases.
    • Prepare, process and fill corporation documents and ensure compliance.
    • Responsible for all insurance requirements of the company including corporate liability, professional liability, property, commercial and course of construction insurance.
    • Prepare administration of CCDC documents.
    • Prepare and administrate consulting agreements.
    • Provide assistance to technical staff on preparation of RFP, RFQ and tenders.
    • Conduct title searches when needed.

    Area of work experience: Contracts, Property Development, Compliance


    Computer applications: Spreadsheet, MS Windows and Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point)


    Salary: $25.65 - 27.00 per hour, 32-40 hours per week.

    -Education: Bachelor's degree in Law is required.

    -Experience: At least one year of experience in contracts, property prospecting, property management and real estate is required, because of the various complex contracts and transactions undertaken in the daily course of the company’s business.

    - Knowledge in Evernotes, Quickbooks, Buildertrends,and SiteDocs are strong assets due to its daily usage in the course of the company's business are important assets.

    - Fast-paced environment that requires attention to details and work well under tight deadlines and pressure.

    - Excellent oral and written communication and effective interpersonal skills.



    Other information:

    - Flexibility on schedule is needed. The most common schedule will be 8am- 4:30pm from Monday to Thursday. Fridays may be required according to business needs. Overtime is not required. Saturdays and Sundays will be off.
