Salary : $23/hour
- Preparing and Record keeping of Invoices, Reports, correspondence etc.
-Scheduling and confirming the appointments for employer
-Order and maintain office supplies.
-Schedule work so as to maintain an even and steady flow.
-Implementing new procedures and allocating work to employees.
-Providing a congenial work atmosphere.
-Co-ordinate and plan all office services.
-Interpreting all organizational policies and programs.
-Ensure smooth operation of office equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair worn out machines.
-Organise and prioritize office tasks to fulfill all administrative requirements.
-Administer and compile weekly and monthly performance data and statistical reports.
-Maintaining filing system both manual and computer.
-Reply to e-mail, telephone calls, and relay messages and communication to employer customers and employees.
- Completion of secondary school is required.
- A university degree or college diploma is an asset.
- Some relevant experience will be considered as an asset.
