Looking for a Cook
- Completion of secondary school is required.
- Several years of commercial cooking experience (2~3 years) or, completion of college or other program in cooking is required.
- Ability to prepare traditional & fusion Japanese cuisine (sushi, sashimi, rolls and as well as hot foods) is a definite asset.
- Plan, prepare and cook various menus, Determine size of food portions, Oversee kitchen operation, Clean kitchen and work area, and supervise and train helpers in culinary preparation techniques used.
Wage & Benefits:
$16~$18 per hour, 4% vacation fee of gross salary or 10 days paid vacation, gratuities and free meals
40 hours per week (permanent & full-time position)
