Accounting is an essential part of our Finance and Administration team.
The position includes such responsibilities as full cycle accounts reconciliation.
- Perform monthly Visa and Bank Reconciliations
- Record and reconcile intercompany transactions
- Create monthly account reconciliations
- Complete day-to-day administrative work, when needed
- Accounting diploma and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience in Accounting
- Three years of experience as a junior accountant or full cycle bookkeeper
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Work, Excel),
- Experience using accounting software (Sage 300 Accounting and Sage 50) is an asset
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Ability to investigate and implement continuous improvement practices
