    Description :

    We, M S Motors Ltd are one of the largest car dealerships that deals in all car brands, located at located at “13519 King George Blvd, Surrey, BC-V3T 2T8 looking for a Finance Manager (NOC:0111) who could organize, direct, control and evaluate the operation of Finance and Accounting departments.

    This position will be given the wages rate of $39/hr, 40 hours/week with a benefit of 4% Vacation Pay.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Prepare or co-ordinate the preparation of financial statements and financial management reports.
    • Ensure accounting or finance reports are prepared in accordance with applicable M S Motors Ltd standards.
    • Conduct a monthly review of financial reports and perform accounting analysis.
    • Hire and train the new staff as per company’s requirements.
    • Offering vehicle financing to customers and providing them with a thorough explanation of products.
    • Gave and bring new ideas that leads towards for Company Sales and financial status.
    • Assist the sales team with information on finance and lease programs.
    • Verification and accuracy of all documents involved in sale to ensure on-time funding.
      • Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and necessary approval prior to payment

    Skill Requirements:

    Completion of bachelor’s degree in related field is required.

    More than 3 Year of experience in related field is required.

    Language: English

    • Candidate must be customer-Centric and able to connect with people in a relatable way.
    • Able to build Strong customer relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
    • Able to solve customer needs.
    • Strong organizational skills, High level of integrity, Flexibility, Accuracy, Task oriented, Computer skills, Time management capabilities etc. are required.
    • Candidate must be able to multi-task and completing tasks on time
