Job Duties:

• Supervise, Co-coordinate and schedule the activities of construction workers in plastering and drywall installation
• Make estimates of quantities of materials and labor required
• Train new construction workers in job duties, safety precautions and company strategies
• Cooperate with other subcontractors and adjust work schedules accordingly
• Resolve any work problems or complications
• Prepare reports, evaluations, estimates, etc.
• Ensure that all workers know and follow necessary health and safety procedures
• Prepare estimates for material, supplies and labor cost
• Make work progress reports
• Give opinion on hiring and promoting construction workers
• May work as a drywall installer

Additional Skills: Work at heights, must be able to lift 23 lbs.
