Job Details
A line cook prepares dishes to order in a professional manner in accordance with the standards set by West Coast Grill. Successful candidates will have the ability to work at a fast pace, under pressure, without sacrificing quality and be able to demonstrate flexibility within their role. JOB DUTIES: GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITY: EDUCATION: Foodsafe and Level I First Aid training and post-secondary culinary education would be considered an asset. EXPERIENCE: All applicants must have previous experience cooking in a thriving restaurant environment. More than 2 years commercial cooking experience would be considered an asset. COMPENSATION: This is a permanent full-time position. $14.50 per hour plus gratuities; medical and dental benefits offered after 6 months of employment. |
