- Completion of secondary school
- At least 2 years of related work experience
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies while supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance.
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) for the upper management.
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures, and create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies also prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
- Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance.
