NOC Job Title: Corporate Sales Manager
Salary: $37.50/ Hourly

Job Description - Duties & Responsibilities:
* implement plans and strategies to expand company's sale.
* Actively conduct market research and industrial studies to grow new clientele and to mitigate unexpected competitions or other setbacks.
*Use online social media or attend commerical and trade shows, events, seminars or prepare printing materials etc to promote company serivces and generate sales.
*Direct company's sale and customer service departments on rules and policies and ensure all the employees can follow the required procedures when they deliver satisfactory performance, identify way to improve productivity and work quality.
*Make recommendations on effective staff training and safety-control methods.
*Regularly communicate with customers, vendodrs and other related parties.
*Prepare sales and other related reports for company owner and assist with budgeting and acquisitions.
*Others as needed
Employment requirements and Qualifications
*Minimum college diploma in business or related filed, with a university degree in business or in a related field is preferred for this position.
*At least 3 years or more of direct experience as a sales representative or similar disciplines
*Strong English communication skills and passion for customer serivce and sales.
*Strong computer skills with online/internet/website;MS Word/ Excel/PowerPoint Etc.
