Marbel Developments Ltd. needs a full-time Administrative assistant.
Must have College, or other non-university certificate or diploma and minimum 1-year work experience in an office admin position.
- Improving the work process by ensuring effective organization and implementing procedures on setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems.
- Providing administrative support by preparing documents, invoices and other reports as needed.
- Answering queries, arranging and referring for required services.
- Ordering office supplies and coordinating with suppliers/ vendors for supplies.
- Maintaining records of shipments to containers to vendors and ports.
- Maintain records of log sheets, driver working hours and port appointments.
- Maintain expenses sheets and other transactions etc.
