    Bighong Enterprises Corporation is opening its first Filipino style restaurant BC. With a wide selection of traditional Filipino foods and drinks, our restaurant will be a convenient location for casual acquaintances, as well as all families & friends, and even business gatherings. We are now looking for a full-time Restaurant Manager to join our team!

    Title of Position: Restaurant Manager (NOC: 0631)

    Position Available: 1

    Employment Type: Fulltime, permanent (30-40 hours/week)

    Wage: $23/hour

    Language required: English


    Job Duties

    • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the restaurant’s food and beverage service
    • Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
    • Coach and train the team towards individual success and operational excellence
    • Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
    • Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
    • Respond to customer service needs and resolve customer complaints
    • Manage the restaurant within the policies and procedures of Bighong Enterprises Corporation; ensure health and safety regulations are followed
    • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
    • Negotiate arrangements with clients for catering or use of facilities for banquets or receptions.


    Job Requirements

    • Certificate of program related to hospitality or food/beverage service management is required.
    • 2+ years of experience in the food service sector is required
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent organization and time management skills
    • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
