Wage : $23.15/hour(32 hours to 40 Hours per Week )
Benefits : Relocation Cost covered by employer.
Job Duties :
• Preparing and Record keeping of Invoices, Reports, correspondence etc.
• Order and maintain office supplies.
• Schedule work among staff and maintain an even and steady flow.
• Implementing new procedures and allocating work to chauffeurs.
• Co-ordinate and plan all office services.
• Ensure smooth operation of office equipment and machinery and arrange for maintenance and repair worn out machines.
• Administer and compile weekly and monthly performance data and statistical reports.
• Reply to e-mail, telephone calls, and relay messages and communication to employer customers and employees.
• Control work performance of the office employees.
Education & Experience:
Completion of secondary school is required.
1-2 years of experience in the relevant field is required.
A university degree or college diploma in business or public administration is an asset.
Knowledge of MS Word, MS office, Excel is an asset.
