Hiring a Cook
- Completion of secondary school is required.
- Several years of commercial cooking experience (2~3 years) or, completion of college or other program in cooking is required.
- Ability to prepare Japanese and Korean cuisine is a definite asset.
- Plan, cook and complete various dishes; manage inventory & kitchen operation; keep clean kitchen; determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and cost; supervise and train helpers in culinary preparation techniques used.
Wage & Benefits:
$15~$17 per hour, 4% vacation fee of gross salary or 10 days paid vacation, gratuities and free meals
37.5 hours per week (full-time and permanent position)
