    Hiring ECE Teacher

    The Beautiful daycare Ltd. Port Coquitlam, BC is seeking dedicated Full-Time Early Childhood Educator. Candidate must have a passion for working with young children from ages 3 to 5 years

     Job Detail:

     Job Title: Early Childhood Educator (ECE)

     Positions Available: 1 (One)

     Salary: Cad $18.00/Hourly/30-40 hours per week/5 days a week

     Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

     Language: English

     Start Date of Employment: As soon as possible


    • Vacation: 4% of gross Salary
    • Relocation Cost Cover by Employer

    Security and Safety: Criminal record check,Medical exam

     Minimum Education:

    Completion of a two- to four-year college program in early childhood education/College/Cegep or a bachelor's degree in child related field

     Minimum Experience:

     1 year to less than 2 years

     Licensing required:

     BC Early Childhood Educator (ECE) Certificate

     First Aid Certificate (advantage)

     Job Description

    • Develop and implement programs for children between the ages of 3 and 5
    • Ensure Children security and well-being all the time.
    • Lead activities by telling/reading stories, teaching songs, taking children to local points of interest and providing opportunities to express creativity through the media of art, dramatic play, music and physical activity
    • Assess the abilities, interests and needs of children and discuss progress or problems with parents and other staff members
    • Observe children for signs of potential learning or behavioral problems and prepare reports for parents, guardians or supervisor
    • Assist children in the development of proper eating, dressing and toilet habits
    • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with co-workers and community service providers working with children
    • Prepare snacks and arrange rooms or furniture for lunch and rest periods
    • Assist the manager in Maintaining and a safe and healthy environment
    • Report Manager of any potential workplace hazards and any accident
