BeHERE Immigration Consulting is looking for a Full-time, Permanent Administrative Officer.
Position: Administrative Officer (NOC 1221)
Number of Position: 1
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Full-time, Permanent (Minimum 35 hours per week)
Wage: $23.50 per hour
Benefit: 4% of gloss salary
Work Location: Suite 206, 850 W. Hastings Street, Vancouver, BC V6C 1E1
- Read and follow all procedures and regulatory requirements and is aware of update procedures (Visa and Immigration application, Permanent Resident documents, etc.)
- Provide administrative support by preparing a variety of documents, reports and correspondence.
- Ensure all files, documents and databases are maintained and up to date.
- Prepare documents and applications for consultant and meet a deadline each documents.
- Perform general support work as an administrator (scanning, faxing, mailing, etc.)
- Provide introductory consultation for prospective clients.
- Manage office supplies and utilities.
- Manage expenses, payroll and accounts.
- Assist in answering generic inquiries from clients.
- Completion of secondary school and minimum 3 years of work experience in a relevant filed.
University/college diploma in business or public administration and minimum 2 years of work experience in a relevant filed.
- High proficiency with Microsoft (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Detail-Oriented, organized and multi-tasking skills
- Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment
