    Since our inception, we have always strived towards staying up to date with new technology in regards to our customer requirements. The machine shop is the main focus of NS Machining. Our Machine shop is geared towards the repair of light and heavy equipment. We stock such materials as bearings, sprockets, pulley, chains, and gears to be prepared for our customers in case of any off hour break.

    Our business is aiming to expand through increasing product categories and switch the business model from single-operation to multiple-operation. NS Machining and Fabrication will have its five other new franchising shops spread through British Columbia. More retail products will be carried in the shop which could better serve not only for commercial use but also for residential use. At the same time, the online shop will be placed and the new teams of the professional technicians will be a place to assist our customers.

    Job Position: Business Development Consultant
    Salary: $24.00-28.00 per hour

    Job Duties:
    • Design new business models by making business policies and new business project plans;
    • Conduct marketing research and define critical customer groups;
    • Contact potential business partners to build up long term and short term cooperation relationship;
    • Set up franchising and new business policies and strategies;
    • Recruit and train new teams for Marketing Department, Sales Department, and Franchising Operation Department;
    • Evaluate customer service and store environment;
    • Develop E-business projects starting with online shopping system and Web Promotion;
    • Attract new investment by promoting franchising and new business opportunities to potential franchisees;
    • Evaluate, inspect, and suggest new business locations according to business development plan and policies, and provide advice on procedures and requirements for government approval;
    • Make the presentations to potential business investors by giving business development vision and feasibility planning analyst;

    • Several years of franchising and new business development experience;
    • Bachelor degree or above;
    • Familiar with retail and wholesale business model;
    • Knowledge and good business sense about online promotion and online business model;
    • Basic management knowledge of human resource;
    • Good business financial analysis knowledge;
