Duties: Manage & supervise overall administrative work, oversee and co-ordinate administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures, build up good public relationship for better business, to make business schedules and meetings, make work schedule for staff and ensure deadlines are met and procedures followed, Review and evaluate employee performance, Prepare daily reports for senior management. Create and maintain an effective filling & database system for all administrative and financial documents etc.
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• A university degree or college diploma in business or public administration will be a bonus.
• Experience in a related field is required.
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
