We are currently looking for a person who can work as a Human Resources Officer.
Based on Penticton location, this position manages our 3 locations:
Vernon and Kelowna including Penticton.
It is a permanent and full-time job, 36-40 hr/wk (Part-time job seeker is welcome as well), we offer $24.05/hr with 4% vacation pay, and extended medical plan (qualified candidate).
-A university degree or college diploma in a human resources or business administration or related field.
-At least 2-3 years experience in a human resources or business administration related work experience.

-Prepare new hire package, coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation
-Identify current and potential staffing requirements, coordinate job-posting process, screen resumes, organize interview schedules, conduct resume check, and prepare employment contracts
-Recruit graduates of college, universities and other educational institutions
-Negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes and coordinate termination of employment process
-Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
-Organize and manage staff consultation
*This position will require an individual who is able to work and is in charge all duties to manage 3 locations including main office in Penticton*
