    Job Description

    Terms of Employment: Permanent, full-time, shift, weekend and evening hours

    Hours of Work: 40 hours per week, over time to start after 40 hours.

    Job Duties:

    • Supervise employees engaged in serving food and maintaining cleanliness of food service areas and equipment.
    • Supervisor will assign and coordinate work of employees to promote efficiency of the food service.
    • Maintain upkeep and safety and sanitation standard at highest level and ensure compliance with all regulatory boards.
    • Respond to customer issues and requests to ensure excellence in customer service is being provided.
    • Organize the daily closing activities for the unit, including cleaning, dishwashing and food storage.
    • Requisition and inspects foodstuffs, supplies, and equipment to maintain stock levels and ensure standards of quality are met.
    • Supervisor will be responsible for inventory and money control systems and establishing an inventory schedule.
    • Prepare work schedules and evaluates work performance of employees.
    • Keep records, such as amounts and cost of meals served and hours of work by employees.
    • May interview, select or hire new employees.
    • Exceptional customer service.

    Requirements:

    • Completion of High School education is required
    • A minimum of 1 year experience in food service is required
    • Strong Communication Skills and Decision Making Power.
